On Wednesday we ended up in The Half-Way House, well, what’s left of it. This was a bar in Fort Covington, New York which straddles the Canadian/ U.S. border. The place is closed, but we were able to take a look inside. A stripe is painted down the middle of the room with U.S. written on one side and Canada on the other.
